RSP creates e-novation Centre in Gurugram

Dateline: Gurugram, India

RSP Developers is creating the e-novation Centre in Gurugram. The one million-sf campus is the first privately-owned R&D innovation hub in India and offers leasable office, research, training, and accelerator space for technology companies, academic institutions, and corporations. Sited on 12 acres, the LEED-Gold complex features advanced infrastructure for water recycling, renewable energy, and sustainable waste management for complete self-sufficiency. Comprising six blocks nested in abundant green space, the development will provide shell, built-to-suit, and both partially and fully fitted-out facilities for requirements ranging from single floors to standalone structures. The BMW Group has established India’s largest automotive training center in the first block, with the second and third blocks completed and ready for fit-out. Amenities in the third block include collaborative huddle areas, automated conference rooms, executive lounges, open workstation environments, noise-proof cabins, and integrated break-out zones. Large floor plates with strategically sited columns enable maximum space utilization, and a sophisticated Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) ensures smooth operations. A 100,000-sf residential building is also planned for the pedestrian-friendly campus.
