At RSP, we approach commercial development as a long-term responsibility, shaping environments where businesses operate and people spend a meaningful part of their working lives. For over three decades, RSP has contributed to the growth of Gurugram’s landscape. In Sector 18, Sector 44, and Sector 75, where our campuses stand today, we were among the earliest developers to establish a presence, guided by a clear understanding of how the city would expand and where future business districts would emerge. As envisaged, these locations have since evolved into established professional hubs.
Over time, by working closely with occupiers, designing, and delivering workplaces that respond to specific operational requirements; while remaining adaptable as organisations grow and evolve, we have developed a deep expertise in Built-to-Suit (BTS) development.
