Visit the campusWho we are
At RSP, we approach commercial development as a long-term responsibility, shaping environments where businesses operate and people spend a meaningful part of their working lives
What guides us
01
Working closely with occupiers, designing and delivering workplaces around how they operate while staying adaptable as they grow, has given us deep expertise in built-to-suit development. BMW Group and Air India train their people in buildings we made for them.
02
Our campuses are certified LEED IGBC Gold or above. Rainwater is collected from the roofs, sewage is treated on site and the water reused for landscape and cooling, waste is segregated, and solar arrays on the roofs feed the buildings.
03
Our campuses are planned around mature landscapes, biophilic settings and walkable site plans. Natural light, open space and ergonomic design make for workplaces that feel balanced, welcoming and good for both focus and wellbeing.
04
We keep every campus we build and never sell it in parts, so the same organisation answers for its quality and upkeep from the first drawing to the twentieth year of occupation.

The founder’s message
Our journey has been truly phenomenal over the past decades, and we are looking ahead towards an even more promising future. From very humble beginnings, starting with building on our own ancestral land, to being recognised as a force in real estate development, our path has been an evolution guided by vision and innovation. Today, we are proud to have some of the world’s most recognised names occupying our facilities, and together with my son, grandson and a team of dedicated professionals, we continue to build a legacy that inspires us to deliver the best for our occupiers.

Leadership

Satya Priya YadavCo-Founder and Group CEO
The RSP team works toward a vision, not just targets; we don’t just build infrastructure, we build trust. We focus on customisation, credibility and commitment to ensure every client receives a space tailored to their operational blueprint. Our single-ownership, no-part-sell model guarantees control over quality and lifecycle maintenance, a value proposition that is hard to match. Combined with our sustainability-first approach, this makes us truly unique in the market.

Satyansh YadavChief Business Officer
While our journey began with brick and mortar, we are now in a phase where ideas and impact take centre stage. We aim to create ecosystems, not just buildings, by embedding technology from the ground up to better manage operations and maintenance, reduce energy use and offer predictive analytics to our clients. It’s about creating spaces that think, adapt and evolve, with amenities extending beyond traditional workspaces: innovation labs, wellness zones, EV charging infrastructure and co-learning spaces designed to foster creativity.
