Block A forms the original phase of envision Centre and has remained operational since 2010. It features a double-height reception, two basement levels for parking, strong signage visibility, and landscaped breakout areas that contribute to a more open and comfortable workplace environment.
The structure is divided into two distinct towers in an approximate one-third and two-third ratio, creating additional flexibility in how the building can be occupied and organised. The building was planned with a flexible core and a mix of smaller and larger floor plates, allowing occupiers to adapt the space according to scale and operational preference rather than being constrained by a rigid office format.

OVERVIEW
Block B is the second phase of envision Centre and extends the campus through a new standalone office building designed for larger, more contemporary workplace requirements. A double-height reception and ground-floor café create a strong arrival experience, while each upper floor incorporates balconies, refuge areas, and double-height green cut-outs that introduce light, openness, and visual relief into the workplace environment.
STATUS: UNDER DEVELOPMENT
The building is planned as a ground plus eight-floor structure over two basements, with a rectangular floor plate, reduced column density, and three-sided glazing strategy to maximise natural light and workplace efficiency. The building also includes provision for expandable parking capacity through stackable parking systems within the double-height basements.

STACK PLAN
envision Centre was developed with a clear understanding of where Gurugram’s institutional and business core would take shape. Positioned in Sector 44, the campus combines strong city connectivity with a more grounded and walkable workplace environment, allowing it to function as both a strategic office address and a long-term business base.
The first phase established the campus as a stable Grade A workplace in one of Gurugram’s most relevant urban locations. The second phase now extends that vision through a new standalone building, transforming the property into a larger, more complete campus setting while retaining the accessibility and centrality that define its value.
What distinguishes envision Centre is not only its location, but the balance it offers between urban convenience and campus character. As the expansion progresses, the development evolves from a well-performing office asset into one of the more substantial privately held workplace environments in this micro-market, with stronger infrastructure, greater environmental performance, and a more integrated user experience across both blocks.
The two blocks within envision Centre represent different phases of the campus: one established
and operational, the other extending the development into its next stage of growth.
envision Centre offers something uncommon within central Gurugram: a campus-like workplace
environment in a highly connected urban location.
A campus setting within the city core, combining central connectivity with a more open and balanced workplace setting.
Among the largest privately held workplace environments in this micro-market.
Efficient circulation and access planning, with walkable movement and clear entry and exit flows across the site.
Corner-site positioning, enabling better visibility, smoother traffic movement, and easier access management.
Immediate access to key urban anchors such as Fortis Hospital and Taj City Centre, along with nearby metro connectivity, residential catchments, and dining options, encapsulating the essence of a 15-minute city.
Water features and landscaped breakout areas integrated across the campus to enhance wellness, creating a calmer outdoor environment while moderating temperatures and reducing the urban heat island effect.
Planned for reliability, ease of movement, and long-term operational control.
